COTTON

Made from premium combed cotton to create an exceptionally smooth and soft surface. Cotton stands as one of the world’s most preferred natural fibers for comfort, offering a breathable and enjoyable wearing experience. With a true 100% cotton composition, this garment delivers reliable quality, lasting durability, and everyday comfort.

COTTON ELASTANE

This fabric is a blend of cotton with elastomeric fiber, commonly known as elastane. Typically, it features 95% cotton and 5% elastane. As a result, the elastane adds natural stretch, increases comfort, and helps the garment keep its shape over time.

QUICKDRY

Made from 100% polyester yarn that receives a quick-dry coating and then undergoes heat-sealing before manufacturers knit it into the final material. As the process finishes, the fabric actively pulls moisture away from your skin and moves it to the surface, where it evaporates quickly. As a result, the garment stays cool and dry throughout wear and delivers optimal comfort.

SHOWERPROOF

These fabrics use an inner coating that reduces water penetration. This showerproof design keeps you dry in light rain for 10–20 minutes before any moisture starts to seep through. This added protection makes the fabric ideal for short outdoor activities and unpredictable weather.

UV40+

This coating effectively blocks UV rays from entering the fabric. Additionally, certain materials—such as heavyweight nylon elastane—offer built-in UV protection because of their dense construction, which makes them popular in outdoor clothing and workwear. Furthermore, the UV rating follows the same system used for sunblock in Australia and New Zealand, ensuring reliable protection against harmful UV radiation.

WATERPROOF

This fabric features laminated TPN membrane technology, which makes it fully waterproof while remaining breathable. As a result, it delivers ultimate comfort even in wet weather.

ANTI-STATIC

A liquid coating is applied to polyester yarn to prevent it from conducting electricity when it touches other synthetic garments or surfaces. As a result, the garment provides both comfort and safety during wear.

REFLECTIVE

These garments include strips of reflective tape, which significantly enhance visibility in low-light or dark conditions. Reflective garments improve safety during nighttime activities, outdoor work, or early-morning exercise.

COTTON/POLY

A blend of high-quality cotton and polyester to offer the best of both worlds. With 60–80% cotton and 20–40% polyester, it gives you the comfort and breathability of cotton while adding the strength, durability, and longevity of polyester. This blend improves softness, supports shape retention, and boosts overall wearability—perfect for everyday use.

POLY/COTTON

Crafted from a mix of polyester and cotton, Poly/Cotton yarn combines the durability of polyester with the comfort of cotton. Specs range from 60 – 65% polyester and 30 – 35% cotton. Poly/Cotton is known for its hardiness and strength. This blend offers the added benefits of being relatively wrinkle-free and easy to care for.

RIPSTOP FABRIC

Relying on thicker yarns which is added to the warp and weft at regular intervals, which creates the small square or rectangular pattern known as ripstop. This reinforced design increases durability and helps prevent rips and tears. Furthermore, heavier ripstop often appears in yacht sails, while finer ripstop works well in outdoor clothing and workwear thanks to its versatility and strength.

DINTEX.

Dintex uses a microporous structure with 3 bonded layers that create a windproof and showerproof barrier. As a result, the garment delivers warmth and comfort while still staying lightweight. This advanced construction ensures reliable protection in changing weather conditions.

 
MERINO

Merino, the hardiest of wool fibers used in clothing, creates beautiful garments that last for years. Thanks to recent technological advancements, you can machine wash merino on a wool cycle using wool detergent. Additionally, merino fabric offers excellent breathability, ensuring ultimate comfort in every garment.

ANTI-PILL

To prevent fibers from forming small balls, known as pilling, manufacturers apply a heat-treated liquid coating to 100% polyester yarn. This treatment enhances the garment’s durability and keeps its surface looking smooth and new.

WINDPROOF

Treated with an internal coating to resist wind, to ensure the garment delivers enhanced warmth and comfort in cooler conditions.
